Dunlap Consulting was founded by Ivette G. Dunlap under the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations on February 7, 2008 led by her innate passion for leading people to growth and development. Her leadership and altruism has impacted the business, life and career of hundreds of people she has met, worked and interacted with along her path.
Our core services include Business Development Coaching, Career Development Coaching, and Personal Development Coaching. We provide a comprehensive consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities, a report that includes a project plan with timelines, milestones, and a schedule. We also offer a suite of quality training that will help you get there quickly and smoothly. That’s how we ensure your success.

About the CEO
“I’m Ivette G. Dunlap, Founder and CEO of Dunlap Consulting
Group. My journey began in the mountains of Puerto Rico,
where I came from humble beginnings.”
With a loving mother and a challenging father, I learned early on the value of determination and hard work. I honed my selling techniques by selling food items door to door, which funded my lessons in a modeling school. This school not only provided me with the skills to navigate professional situations but also the confidence for private and public speaking.
My academic journey led me to a state-funded magnet boarding high school, CROEM, where I completed high school and prepared for college. I faced the challenge of starting a family at the age of 17 while pursuing a university degree. This experience taught me valuable organizational and scheduling skills, leading to an Electrical Engineering degree and, within a five-year period, welcoming three young boys into my life. A few years later, I earned a Master’s in Global Business Management.

My story demonstrates that with determination and faith in oneself, almost anything is achievable. I’ve accumulated over 30 years of work experience in the Energy Industry, holding roles in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Project Management. I’ve had the privilege to work and live abroad, even in politically unstable environments in Latin America and the Middle East.
Through these experiences, I’ve learned that the path to success involves continuous growth and development. The journey may be difficult, but it’s not impossible. Life presents numerous opportunities, and one must remain alert, determined, strong-willed, powerful, and ready to seize every chance that arises to secure continuous growth, development, and success.
